CASE This is a case of a 30 year old Male who is a painter by occupation presented with the complaints of pain abdomen since 3 days and vomitings since 3days. HOPI Patient was apparently asymptomatic 1year back then he developed abdominal pain which was sudden in onset gradually progressive ,dragging type. Vomitings which was nonprojectile, nonbilious, 3 episodes in a day which lasted for 3 days which rel
